Committee Participation & Other Volunteer Opportunities
The Democratic Central Committee has established six committees to foster direct participation and enable everyone to become involved. Democrats and all other interested persons are invited to join the committee of your choice and participate as your life and time permits! Other volunteer opportunities are available. Pancake Breakfast
Saturday, September 12, 2009, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Oakland Volunteer Fire Department
All you can eat pancakes, sausage, gravy biscuits, orange juice, coffee, and tea. Price is $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children, and free under age 5. “Ruanaidh: the Story of Art Rooney and His Clan” is available for sale with autograph of author from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Also attending will be retired Pittsburgh Steeler center/guard Jim Sweeney. Sponsored by the Garrett County Democratic Club.
